1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be genuinely happy with your tribute. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the content generated for you, email us at hello@milestonescribe.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to hello@milestonescribe.com from the email address associated with your purchase. Include a brief note letting us know you'd like a refund — you do not need to provide a reason. We process all refunds within 3–5 business days. Funds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few business days for the refund to appear.
3. Technical Issues
If you experienced a technical error — such as the form failing to load, the generation not completing, or your tribute not being delivered — please contact us immediately at hello@milestonescribe.com. We will investigate promptly and either resolve the issue so you receive your tribute or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
4. Limits
Refund requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date are not eligible for a refund under this policy, except in cases of technical failure where the tribute was never successfully generated or delivered.
